The times are changing fast are they not?
The Democrat Party has now fully embraced this new crop of progressive thinking and has succumbed to the ways of "Democratic Socialism."
Now we have an entire generation of people that believe that Socialism is the future and those individuals who stand up to authority are a beacon of hope.
During a focus group conducted by Alisyn Camerota on CNN the question was asked about how people feel about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The response was not overly surprising but at the same time stunning in nature.
This small sample size called Ocasio-Cortez a "bad ass" and "the future of the party."
Yikes.
The rise of "Democratic Socialism" is not one to take lightly but also represents a complete burial of the Democrat Party of old. No longer will the new up and coming nature of these younger politicians take a back seat to the establishment and wait their turn to grab power. In a world of instant gratification those who just recently got power want to establish their base and the voting constituents also want their ideas to be represented by their age group.
These people actually believe that Ocasio-Cortez knows what she is talking about. They take her knowledge as gospel without any proper vetting.
Just because someone she talks a big game like her mentor Bernie Sanders she is not going to walk the walk. She will fail her constituents and the Democrat Party significantly in the long term. That is unless she gets the re-district treatment and gets voted out...
