The Left Lines Up Against Free Speech.

Liberals have found their excuse to rally against free speech and dissenting opinion.

That excuse is President Donald Trump. Democrats have steadily been calling Trump 'a clear and present danger to the United States' over the past few days. Rep. Hakeem Jefferies, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Senator Ron Wyden have all used that phrase as the House readies an impeachment vote.

Problem is they have been using that line for years.

In 2017, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said 'Donald Trump poses an imminent threat, not just to another person but to all of humanity.' During the impeachment hearings, the Democrats lead counsel Daniel Goldman said POTUS was a 'clear and present danger' to the United States.

The second go-around about impeachment is Democrats' attempt to keep Trump from running again in 2024.

Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms and Big Tech companies are helping silence Trump on their platforms. True, they have a right to do so, but the purge is extending far beyond Trump and some of his most ardent supporters.

Now, their progressive elitist allies are extending their power to punish anyone who dared challenge the certification of the Electoral College vote the same way numerous Democrats did in 2001 and 2005.

Harvard is removing New York Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik from a politics advisory board. Dean Douglas Elmendorf wrote, 'I spoke with Elise and asked her to step aside from the Senior Advisory Committee. My request was not about political parties, political ideology, or her choice of candidate for president,” he wrote.

“Rather, in my assessment, Elise has made public assertions about voter fraud in November’s presidential election that have no basis in evidence, and she has made public statements about court actions related to the election that are incorrect,” wrote Elmendorf. “Moreover, these assertions and statements do not reflect policy disagreements but bear on the foundations of the electoral process through which this country’s leaders are chosen.'

What do these have in common? Silence.

This goes beyond Big Tech and Harvard. Banks, credit card processors, web hosting companies are exercising their power shutting down sites and voices, refusing payment processing for those they don't agree with.

There's talk of using the no-fly list to ban people who attended the rally on January 6th, not just those who breached the U.S. Capitol. There's also talk of kicking members out of Congress who wanted to object to the Electoral College vote, even though Democrats have done that in the past.

Big media is jumping in too. Forbes is telling companies not to hire former Trump staffers.

Trump’s liars don’t merit that same golden parachute. Let it be known to the business world: Hire any of Trump’s fellow fabulists above (Sean Spicer, Sarah Sanders, Kayleigh McEnany, and Kellyanne Conway), and Forbes will assume that everything your company or firm talks about is a lie.

By combining their power, Big Tech, Big Media, and Big Government are unveiling their true intent, to shut you up.
