The fate of public education is resting on the ability of 5 and 6-year-olds to wear masks... Is that what school boards are telling us? Seems so. They are mandating masks for babies who can’t keep their shoes and socks on! They are telling us that we are facing a life and death situation if children can’t keep their masks on? That defies common sense.
According to government records, the Chandler Unified School District received $16,851,080.62 in COVID cash and they are relying on first graders to keep schools safe?
What happened to that money?
Liberals are turning our social contract upside down and inside out by asking the youngest members of our society to sacrifice for those members in the twilight of their lives. Do liberals understand that? Do liberals understand what the future looks like for kids who can’t read?
School boards are quarantining healthy kids on the outside chance they might have been exposed to a disease that 99.9 percent them will survive? Does this make sense to you? Does it make sense to you to deny children one of the most fundamental civil rights– in fact someone once called it THE civil rights issue of our day – an education.
If it does - shame on you.
