Over the skies of Afghanistan flies a Blackhawk helicopter. The Taliban now has more of these American-made helicopters than most countries around the world. They seem to be using their newly acquired military machines to send a message by hanging someone from them.

This comes as the Taliban says they are a more peaceful organization than they have been in the past. Sure.
