Daily Trump: Thursday, January 26th.

President Donald Trump is wrapping a very busy first week in office.

Trump Twitter Watch:

On Thursday, President Donald Trump threatened to cancel a scheduled meeting with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.

Donald Trump loves the negotiation.  That's what this is.  Instead of doing it in the boardroom, he's doing it on Twitter.  The negotiation here is about getting Mexico to pay for the border wall, something Nieto says he will never do.  Trump thinks otherwise.  The Art Of the Deal.

On Wednesday, President Trump signed executive action moving federal resources towards the construction of the wall, something he said to ABC News last night will begin in 'months.'

Also, today's tweet is more proof President Trump is no different from candidate Trump.  In short, Trump ain't changing.

In addition, President Trump came to the defense of President Obama and took a shot at Chelsea Manning.

Obama just commuted Manning's sentence for leaking classified Army intelligence documents to Wikileaks. Manning wrote on op-ed in The Guardian Thursday saying, 'over the last eight years, there have been very few permanent accomplishments.'

Perhaps Trump is coming to Obama's defense because they are both in the President's club now and because it's such an exclusive club they can put behind them what they said about each other on the campaign trail.

President Donald Trump will also travel on Air Force One for the first time.  He's headed to Philadelphia to meet with Congressional Republicans to plot strategy.  One thing the GOP has made clear: they are pushing forward with plans to build a wall.

On Friday, Trump will meet with his first foreign leader, British Prime Minister Theresa May.
