Trump calls out Flake

There's no love lost between President Donald Trump and Arizona Senator Jeff Flake.  The President taking to twitter this morning to call Flake out.

Flake has been on a speaking tour of his own after writing a book called, Conscience of a Conservative: A Rejection of Destructive Politics and a Return to Principle.  In the book, Sen. Flake says the Republican party shouldn't be one created on division.  Flake has been an outspoken critic of many of Trump's policies against free trade and illegal immigration.  The Senator has also taken issue with the President's language.

On NBC's Meet the Press, Flake said, “We’ve got to lead by example, frankly, we got to do the same, tone down the rhetoric and the language that we use, and I do hope the president will do the same.  We saw a campaign where, on all sides it was frankly pretty ugly and we’ve got to change it.”

Former State Senator Dr. Kelli Ward announced she was running against Flake the day after the 2016 presidential election.
