Arizona residents want to host Amazon's second headquarters. Last week Amazon announced plans to open a second headquarters in North America. Several cities have already expressed interest in bringing the facility to their turf and a new poll shows Arizonans want it.
“By more than a three to one ratio Arizonans want their leaders to aggressively pursue landing Amazon’s HQ2,” said Mike Noble, chief pollster at OH Predictive Insights, a Phoenix-based leading behavioral research company.
Participating in this online survey conducted from September 8 - 10th, 2017 were 1,149 respondents with the sample reflecting the general population across Arizona, based on U.S. Census numbers.
“Interestingly, both men and women were strongly favorable to a pro-government solution to allure Amazon to the Valley,” says Brad Casper, Executive Chairman of OH Partners.
