Several signs are being spotted hanging from I-10 and State Route 51 freeway overpasses calling for the resignation of Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams.
Chief Williams and the department have been justifing actions that officers took after a President Trump rally last month. Williams said her officer did not take action until a few protesters in the crowd first threw water bottles, rocks and gas canisters at police. Officers using tear gas, flash bangs, pepper spray and pepper balls to disperse the crowd. No word on who is responsible for the signs.
