The death of a teen from Queen Creek may be linked to an online challenge. The body of 17-year-old Rudy Bencomo was found in early August after he committed suicide.
His family believes he was involved in what's known as the Blue Whale Challenge. The game consists of a series of tasks assigned to players by administrators during a 50-day period including waking up early and not talking to friends or family. The final challenge requires the player to kill themselves.
Bencomo's family says he followed all the rules, but the investigation is ongoing.
