(Tucson, AZ) -- Amazon says thanks, but no thanks, to a 21-foot saguaro cactus. The southern Arizona economic development group, Sun Corridor Incorporated had planned to ship the cactus to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos to announce its plan to bid for the company’s second headquarter campus. However Amazon turned down the cactus, tweeting its against company policy. Its instead donated the cactus to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson. Tucson and Phoenix are among at least 118 cities, states and Canadian provinces considering a bid. The company says it plans to invest more than 5-billion dollars in its second corporate campus. It also expects about 50,000 employees in what its calling H-Q-2.
