A Mesa man is facing charges after he allegedly used a clothes hanger to choke his young son. A school nurse noticed some cuts and bruises on the five-year-old recently and while checking the boy out, she found some disturbing marks on the boy's neck.
The boy reportedly told police that his dad choked him with a white clothes hanger, and cut his arm with a knife. Investigators asked other kids in the home about the alleged abuse, and they told them the story was true. The boy's father says he only grabbed his kid on the back of the neck after misbehaving.
