A Texas Republican Congressman is calling on Arizona voters to "recall" Senator John McCain following McCain's recent brain cancer diagnosis. Congressman Louie Gohmert tells "Fox News" that "nothing inhibits recovery from cancer like stress." Gohmert says, "Arizona could help him and us" by recalling the GOP senator and allow him to fight this terrible cancer.
Gohmert is critical of McCain's constant "no" votes on the repeal and replace of Obamacare.
A Congressional Research Service report says the Constitution does not provide for recalling U.S. Senators, Representatives, or the President or Vice President.
