On the day the Arizona Cardinals picked up All-Pro running back Adrian Peterson, Crown Bank filed a lawsuit against him. The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports Crown Bank accuses the NFL MVP of defaulting on a $2.4 million loan. The lawsuit was filed in Hennepin County Court Tuesday and states Peterson defaulted on the loan last year. This is not Peterson's first legal challenge, in November 2015 he pleaded no contest to a child injury charge after being accused of abusing his son.
