Lawsuit Prompts AZ Congressman To Unblock Woman

Paul Gosar

(Prescott, AZ)  An Arizona congressman unblocks a woman on Facebook after she files a lawsuit.  Arizona's 4th district congressman, Republican Paul Gosar has been blocking people who posted critical comments to his facebook page.  He tells HBO's Vice News he doesn't want people using foul language, intimidating, or threatening people on his page. Kingman resident, J’aime Morgaine, admits to using profanity on the page, but she claims that  blocking users unfairly stops constituents from reaching Gosar and that violates the first amendment. Gosar says he disagrees and went on to tell Vice he has the right to block people because its his Facebook page.   Gosar's changed his mind on Morgaine, but he's blocked hundreds of others.
