(Phoenix, AZ) -- New information has been released about the man last seen with a missing Glendale kindergarten teacher. 27 year old Charlie Malzahn is now charged with assaulting an ASU student. Police say he's accused of assaulting the woman in her room on campus Sunday night. He'd already been accused of a carjacking in Tempe on Sunday night. Malzahn was arrested in Phoenix on Monday. Police have been questioning him about the disappearance of 44 year old Cathryn Gorospe. She bailed him out of the Coconino County Jail on Friday and hasn't been seen since. Gorospe's family has launched a search.
