Federal agents working with Mexican officials arrested the final suspect in the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry over the weekend.
Breitbart is reporting Jesus Rosario Favela Astorga is the final suspect arrested in Agent Terry’s murder that occurred nearly seven years ago in southern Arizona. Astorga is accused of being apart of a rip-off crew that was planning to rob marijuana smugglers when they ran into Border Patrol agents and a gun fight ensued.
Terry's murder uncovered the Obama Administration's Fast and Furious operation.
Astorga is in custody in Mexico while the Department of Justice works on extradition proceedings.
