Senator John McCain says the U.S. is failing to deal with the growing threat of cyber attacks.
Opening a hearing today, the Arizona Republican said the U.S. is fighting a 21st Century threat with a 20th Century mindset. He described the cyber threat as complex and dire.
McCain chairs the Senate Armed Services Committee.
