Halloween Decor Called Offensive

Some Halloween decorations in Phoenix are being called offensive.  People who live in a central Phoenix neighborhood say they were shocked to see a display featuring four bloodied sheets hanging from a tree with nooses around the necks.

One woman who lives nearby the display says it's heartbreaking the homeowner is making a racist statement and making folks feel uncomfortable.

After getting several complaints, the homeowner took down the phony bodies but says they were simply for a Halloween party and nothing more.
