A Peoria man is getting mixed reviews about the colors he decided to paint his home.
The retired Phoenix firefighter has used 70 cans of paint and a week of his free time to coat his home in 100 different colors. Ernest Leas calls it his artwork, but neighbors are calling him crazy.
Several pieces of his artwork include a middle finger painted on his garage, and the police have had to get in the middle of Leas and his neighbors several times.
Right now, the City of Peoria does not have any ordinances that address the particular paint colors of homes.
