(Scottsdale, AZ) -- Scottsdale Detectives are investigating the kidnapping of a 94 year old woman. Police say that at about 6 this morning, a man forced his way into the woman's home near 68th Street and Camelback. They say he tied her up, put her in the trunk of her own car, and drove away. Just after 1:30 this afternoon, she was able to free herself from the trunk of her car. It was parked in a parking lot of Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. A passerby saw her and called 911. The woman has been taken to a hospital for evaluation. The only description of the suspect is that he's a “clean cut” white male in his mid 30’s.
