Valley Man Arrested For A Terrorist Threat

It is a story that could have ended much differently.  Peoria Police arrest a man who threatened "to kill more people than in the Las Vegas shooting".  A family member of 35-year-old Edward Santeford called police last week after receiving that text.  Santeford said he was in the parking lot of the Department of Economic Security near Peoria and 91st Avenues. The facility was put on lockdown and police located Santeford in his car parked just outside the front door.  He was not armed and was arrested for making a terrorist threat.
