Arizona State University is relocating the Thunderbird School of Global Management to downtown Phoenix.
Thunderbird has been in Glendale for over 70 years and was in rough financial shape when ASU took over the school three years ago.
The school will be moved to ASU's downtown campus in a now-vacant area next to the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
The university plans to sell off parts of the land where Thunderbird currently sits and also build an ASU Preparatory Academy.
