The Glendale Police and Water Services Department are warning about a scam.
They say at least three homes have been targeted by suspects posing as Glendale Water Services employees.
The suspects try to get into the homes saying that he or she needs to test the water or supply free filters.
The city says, under no circumstances would anyone from Glendale's Water Services department ever check water by knocking on a homeowner's door and asking to come inside.
If anyone comes to your home posing as a city worker, you're asked to call police.
