Governor Doug Ducey set to give us a new report card for Arizona from the State Capitol today. This will be his fourth State of the State Address.
Pundits expect him to discuss job creation a boost in education funding without raising taxes and what the state can do to help with the national opioid crisis.
Ducey had said he wants to continue the achievements over the past three years.
