A volunteer for an organization that helps to prevent immigrants from dying in the Arizona desert is in custody.
Authorities say Scott Daniel Warren with the group No More Deaths was arrested in southern Arizona last week after giving food and water to immigrants crossing the border illegally. He faces a federal charge of harboring two people in the country illegally.
His arrest came hours after Warren's organization released videos showing Border Patrol agents kicking over water bottles left for people crossing into the U.S.
