Former Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords says Congress needs to enact tougher gun laws to protect kids, following yesterday's deadly school shooting in Kentucky. Giffords said in a statement it's horrifying that mass school shootings are no longer unimaginable.
A 15-year-old boy is accused of killing two other 15-year-olds and wounding over a dozen other people at a high school in southwestern Kentucky.
Giffords was gravely wounded when a gunman shot her in the head at a constituents event in Tucson, Arizona seven years ago. Six people were killed and 13 were injured.
