Six Toys R Us stores in Arizona are getting the boot as the company plans to shutter over 180 stores across the country.
About one-fifth of the company's stores will be shutdown beginning early next month through April. The Toys R Us at Paradise Valley Mall two stores in Scottsdale, and the Mesa location at the US 60 and Signal Butte will get the ax. Stores in Tucson and Yuma also didn't make the cut.
The closures still need court approval as Toys R Us works to restructure itself and emerge from bankruptcy protection.
