Wells Fargo Arena Getting Major Facelift

Wells Fargo Arena in Tempe may be getting a massive facelift.  Officials at Arizona State University want to dump 160-million dollars into the 43-year old arena, and add an indoor sports complex to house men's hockey, wrestling and gymnastics next door.

Most of the money will be used for reconstructing the entire lower bowl, wider pathways, new restrooms and concession stands.

The plans call for construction to start just over a year from now, but the plans still need approval from the board.
