(Phoenix, AZ) -- The search for the body of a young woman is costing the Phoenix police department a bundle. Christine Mustafa went missing in May of 2017 and four months after she disappeared officers started digging in a landfill for her body. Police released documents this week saying the teams of 32 officers spending each weekday looking for Mustafa's remains cost the department over one-point-three million dollars, which includes over 180 grand in overtime. The documents also say the department got a bit of help from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, which chipped in about 130-thousand dollars.
