$60M Development Coming To Downtown Mesa

Downtown Mesa is getting a new mixed-use development.  At his State of the City breakfast this morning, Mayor John Giles announced the $60 million project that will feature residential, office and restaurant space on Main Street.    Co+Hoots at the Grid will bring 500 new residents to live in the currently under-utilized Pomeroy parking garage turning it into a thriving downtown neighborhood..  The GRID is expected to break ground this year with CO+HOOTS opening it’s doors in Fall 2019.
