APS Customers Want Rehearing On Rate Hike

(Phoenix, AZ)  --  A little known law is coming to the aid of APS customers who say their bills are too high.  The Arizona Corporation Commission approved a rate increase last August that APS said would amount to around four-point-five percent.  But customers say it's more than that.  They're petitioning for a rehearing on their rate increases using a little known Arizona law that allows them to do that.  The result is that thousands of APS customers could end up having their individual bills analyzed as part of the petition and rehearing process.
