Non-Lethal Weapons On University Campus Gets Okay

Arizona House members are giving the thumbs-up for non-lethal weapons on campus.

The measure would null and void any no-weapons policies at the state's universities and community colleges.  Right now only pepper spray is permitted.

If the measure moves through the Senate and is sign by the Governor, electric stun guns and more powerful defense sprays would be permitted along with any other non-lethal weapons under development, such as ones using sound or light to repel an attacker.
