Arizona's school accountability system could be changing again. The new statewide A through F grading system has come under criticism. Far fewer schools received an A grade.
The Senate has approved legislation introduced by Republican Senator Sylvia Allen that would create a dashboard of grades for the schools. That means instead of just one overall grade, the schools would also be assessed on a number of factors.
Allen is the co-founder of a charter school that received an F grade last year.
