The cause of several fires in a Phoenix neighborhood is unknown.
The first fire started at a home near 13th and Van Buren streets and then spread to a home close by. Fire crews were able to save the second home from any major damage, and they say the first home was abandoned.
The second fire broke out in a shed overnight in the back of a home near 16th Street and Indian School Road shortly after.
Investigators are now looking to see if the fires are connected.
