US Supreme Court Turns Down AZ Death Penalty Case

The U.S. Supreme Court will not consider a case involving the death penalty in Arizona.

The state law was challenged by a man who was convicted of taking one-thousand dollars to kill the owner of an auto repair business.  A bystander was also killed.

Attorneys for Abel Hidalgo argued that Arizona's death penalty law is too broad and therefore unconstitutional.
