(Phoenix, AZ) -- Arizonans will get to vote on the expansion of the school voucher program. The Arizona Supreme court ruled today to put Proposition 305 before voters. Arizona's Republican leaders passed the legislation to expand the program's eligibility to all students. However Save Our Schools Arizona launched an effort to allow voters to decide. The State's High Court agreed with a lower courts ruling.
