Phoenix Police say a 17-year-old is accused of molesting a girl in a Peter Piper Pizza restroom.
Police say last week, the girl's family suddenly noticed she was missing from the Metrocenter restauraunt. When the father checked the stalls of the restroom, he reportedly found the suspect with his pants down.
Police say the suspect admitted to luring the girl with game tickets and carrying her into the stall.
Two years ago, the same suspect was arrested for sexual assault. He's now facing charges of molestation and kidnapping.
