A lobbyist is the target of a revenge porn investigation. It involves Brian Townsend, who allegedly admitted he had sent "unsolicited, sexually explicit communications" to people at the State Capitol.
According to the "Arizona Republic," Representative Anthony Kern Maricopa says county prosecutor Bill Montgomery is looking into whether those communications amount to a crime.
Townsend is the fiance of Representative Michelle Ugenti-Rita, who was a central figure in the investigation into Representative Don Shooter.
Shooter was expelled from the House for inappropriate behavior.
