AZ Supreme Court Mulling Over Dreamer Tuition Rate

Arizona's highest court is mulling over tuition rates for Dreamers.  The justices heard arguments yesterday.

Maricopa County Community Colleges appealed to the high court after an appellate court ruled DACA recipients were not entitled to in-state tuition rates.

The "Arizona Capitol Times" reports Justice Clint Bolick said Congress has exclusive authority over immigration.  That executive authority could be the deciding factor in what Dreamers pay for higher education.

The justices did not say when to expect a ruling.
