A high-ranking school official in Globe is stepping down amid controversy. The principal at Globe's High Desert Middle School is accused of being told about a possible campus threat, but not telling the cops.
Globe Police say parents made the principal aware of the threat, but the campus official didn't do anything, so they called the police department the following day last week.
The school posted a letter online letting parents and students know about the unidentified administrator's resignation.
The principal is facing endangerment charges.
