AZ Rep: Bankruptcy Infringes On Second Amendment

The Arizona Senate is now considering a House Bill that would allow residents filing bankruptcy to keep more guns.  Right now someone who files can only keep one shotgun, one rifle or one pistol.  However under the proposal, a person who files bankruptcy could keep up to two-thousand dollars worth of weapons or four-thousand bucks worth of guns for a couple.  The bill's sponsor, Republican Bob Thorpe says it's a Second Amendment issue and citizens must retain the right to bear arms.
