Lawmakers at the State Capitol are reacting to Governor Doug Ducey's school safety plan.
Democrats are panning it because it fails to require background checks. But the "Arizona Capitol Times" reports some Republicans aren't happy with it either.
There are concerns over a proposal that would allow police to seize weapons and the courts to hold people for psych evaluations.
Some say the law is not even necessary and there's also concern about the costs of the plan.
