Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District is being put up for sale. The asking price for one of the premier entertainment destinations in the Valley is 142-million.
The property covers nearly 47-acres near the Loop 101 and Glendale Avenue.
The biggest tenant is Gila River Arena, home of the Arizona Coyotes through next season. Westgage also draws crowds from neighboring University of Phoenix Stadium during Arizona Cardinals games and other events.
