Kelli Ward isn't worried about burning bridges while running for the U.S. Senate in Arizona. Ward recently told a crowd of supporters that it shouldn't be bamboozled by campaign ads by her GOP primary rival Martha McSally flaunting her military record.
She told the crowd that just because someone is a pilot doesn't mean they will make a good senator. Ward then took a shot at Senator John McCain, making an awkward face and saying the last guy who was a pilot became a senator in Arizona, but told the folks to make their own decision.
Several people in crowd booed, but Ward went on to say that people shouldn't be fooled by fluff military ads.
