A Scottsdale gun maker is facing charges. Tracy Garwood owns the machine gun manufacturing company Garwood Industries.
Garwood and two men from Texas are accused of possessing and transferring unregistered machine guns and unlawfully sending firearms to Mexico.
Officials with the U.S. Department of Justice said this week the three are responsible for moving 200 firearms across the border including 50 caliber rifles along with hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition.
All three are looking at several years behind bars.
