Jodi Arias Loses Appeal To Keep Briefs Sealed

Convicted killer Jodi Arias cannot keep her appeals brief sealed.  The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled against her yesterday, saying right of public access far outweighed any such requests for which there was little legal standing anyway.  Her attorneys tried unsuccessfully to argue that her appeals should be sealed to protect other parties and because of what her lawyer called "the absurd level of interest in this case."  Arias was convicted in 2013 of the murder of her boyfriend Travis Alexander.
