(Tempe, AZ) -- A Tempe man is accused of driving his vehicle drunk with children in the back. Cazzie Jackson was arrested yesterday near the Tempe Marketplace Dave and Busters. Police say the children aged two-to-eleven were unrestrained in the suspect's truck, which had no car seats. Jackson allegedly admitted to having two shots and now faces charges of aggravated DUI and child endangerment.
