(Phoenix, AZ) -- A Valley man is facing second-degree murder and DUI charges after a crash in I-17. Police say Aaron Larson was passed out behind the wheel of his car which was parked in the third lane of the interstate near Northern Avenue about 3 a.m. Saturday. Desiree Sabby was killed when she struck Larson's car.
