A water utility owner accused of bribery is now facing more allegations. George Johnson is on trial for allegedly bribing a former member of the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Now he's being accused of making what is being called a serious threat against the Florence town manager.
Brent Billingsley released a statement this week saying the threat was made about four days ago during a short phone call.
Details of the threat have not been made public, but an investigation is underway.
