AG's Mom Has Named Forged On Petition

A Senate candidate may be in some hot water after a specific name pops up on a petition to get his name on the ballot.

Maria Brnovich is the mother of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.  Her name is reportedly among hundreds that were forged on Mark Syms' candidate nominating petitions.

The AG says he's deeply disturbed and disappointed that his mother's name was used in the growing scandal over the signatures.

Meanwhile Syms is due in court today and is expected to defend himself and fight to keep his name on the ballot.
